Josh played all four years of college at Concordia (Ann Arbor), starting in 90 of the 116 games he played in. Josh scored his 1000th career point on Nov. 23, 2014 against Indiana Tech, scoring 1387 points in his career. He is the 8th all-time leading scorer in the CUAA record books. Throughout his career, Josh averaged 11.8 points/game. He shot 35% from behind the arc, 79% from the free-throw line, and 40% from the floor. He hit a career high 8 threes against University of Northwest Ohio in his sophomore year. Josh was a three-time all-league player in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference, two time WHAC Player of the Week, and he was named to the CIT All-Tournament team his senior year. He was also an NAIA Academic All-American his junior year, and a two-time WHAC Academic All-Conference player.

Josh graduated in 2015 with a degree in Mathematics.
